Last thing I remember, I was standing at the top of a winter wonderland. And now I'm in the depths of despair. WTF? Is it really so impossible to have just one thing go right? Then again, I did destroy them all. Not just Krill, but the twins, Liquire... even Aeces. I broke them. Shattered their friendship and ended everything. What have I done? Better yet... Can we survive? Obviously, Caspian still hates me, but now he's stuck with me. At least until I give him back to his brother. And then. Then. Stars above, then, I'm leaving the seas. I'm doing it. This just proves I don't belong here. I'm Nora Donovan, destroyer of all things precious. I don't deserve the glittering oceans or the beauty hidden in the depths. When this is all over, I'm going back to the surface where monsters like me belong.
