Synopsis
A wonderfully original love story set in Spain . . . Physiotherapist Francesca is trying to pick up the pieces of her shattered life. Richard, the man she was going to marry, has just eloped to New York with her younger - and more beautiful - sister, Felicity, and without a backwards glance she is left behind, lonely and heartbroken. When she is offered a job in Spain originally meant for her sister, to cure a crippled young girl, Francesca accepts and is determined to forget about the past. However, upon arriving at the imposing, formidable Cantanzos Castle, home to Conde Luis Esteban y Montilla, Fran finds its inhabitants unfriendly and her presence not welcome.
