Young Abby Rodriguez deeply resented her glamorous aunt Ella, who she felt had been responsible for the break-up of her parent’s marriage – and she longed to be revenged on her one day. It was for this reason that Abby had trapped Luke Jordan into marrying her; Luke and Ella were, to put it mildly, very good friends, and it would be humiliating at the very least for Ella to be supplanted by her young niece. But Abby was very young, not yet twenty, while Luke was a thirty-eight-year-old man of the world. Hadn’t she got herself into rather deeper water than she could swim in?
