Synopsis

Poppy Lee is currently stuck in an emotionally and sexually abusive relationship. Samuel is all she's ever known, and she always gives him the benefit of the doubt. Everyone sees him as manipulative and toxic. Jax Torres is Samuel's boss. Jax has always thought something about Samuel irked him; it all makes sense when Jax meets Poppy. Jax might be able to save Poppy and give her the freedom from the rough patch she's in. Poppy might be able to teach Jax a thing or two about being in love. Love is like oranges; it could be sweet, sour, bland, or a mixture of both.
