Allison and Eli were best friends, spending every moment together in their small town of Andus. Allison had accepted her dull and monotonous life, never daring to dream bigger while Eli had everything he could possibly want, including the girl of his dreams. Their marriage was inevitable but everything changes when Andus is attacked and the new guard, Nik, enters their life. Nik’s determined to make Eli’s life miserable and even more determined to get closer to Allison. Much to his surprise, what started as something fun and lighthearted turns into more than he bargained for. He’d do anything to keep her safe and keep her to himself.
