Loyalty is everything, especially when you grew up in the streets, grinding through a rough childhood with nothing but family as an anchor. Andre Spade, a.k.a Blank, is known as one of the Kings of Oakland; a seemingly legit businessman who has ties that ran deep into the city's underworld. He was locked in a fierce rivalry with another crew from across the bay until he discovered that there could be a deeper connection between him and his heated rival, one that goes back years and brings the past with it. An unwilling murder and an entanglement with his rival's wife, Meagan, makes everything more complicated. Things get worse when two detectives begin snooping around, and Andre is caught in a life and death situation, it's now up to loyalty, family and love to put things back to order.
