Sophie Connell's minister grandfather was due to conduct his 2000th wedding - the last one before he retired - on the first day of the year 2000. Then Bryn Jasper persuaded the happy couple to get married at his Great Barrier Reef resort - in front of the world's press! Sophie was furious!
