Synopsis

After spending a lifetime as a background character in her own life, Gabriella finds herself thrust into the limelight. A chance storm changes her role as her actor/best friend's assistant to the new love interest in the upcoming blockbuster film. But what happens when life imitates art, and she catches the eye of her celebrity crush. Can she overcome the awkwardness of her youth and take a chance with a Hollywood heartthrob, or will she wilt into the wallflower she had always been.
