In Dark Demon, Elena Romero Cummings enjoys working with her new husband and partner in the police department, but she knows it won’t last long. Once she lets the Captain know her and Pete tied the knot, the two will be working in different departments. But when it happens, she didn’t realize how difficult the change would be in her life. Can she work alone again? And will this rash of burglaries be too much for her? Pete Cummings is adjusting to human life and marriage to Elena. He finds it difficult living without his former powers. His strength and faith should be all he needs to perform in the police department, but when he detects an evil presence, will he be able to defend himself against it? Can he protect Elena from this evil as well? Or will he lose her to the forces of darkness?
