This story is about Theron North. Or as you know him: Kraven Who am I if not a hunter? I donāt want to think about what Iāll do after this. Iāve spent the last decade wreaking havoc around the world in preparationādestroying, building and killingāa lot of killing. For most people that would be the part that would get to them, but not me. At what point do you start considering yourself the reaper? At what point do you give in to the god complex of holding a life in your hands? Sometimes literallyāIāve held a bleeding heart, still beating, after Iāve torn it from my enemies chest. At what point do you consider yourself evil? Those are the questions your humanity is supposed to answer, but unfortunately that was stripped from me long ago. What happens to a man when thatās gone? Iām afraid Iāll know the answer when all of this is over. Thatās what they donāt tell youāno matter how deep into the shadows you go, the fear of losing yourself follows. Even the dead and the dying fear the darkness. Who am I if not a hunter? Maybe Iāll live long enough to find out. But first⦠One last hunt. One last dangerous game. Darling Wildfire is Book 2 in the Red Rabbit Series. It contains sensitive content. Please review TWs via the website before proceeding. It is dark. It is sad. It has extremely disturbing themes. While this is partially a romanceāthere is a happy endingāand while there are plenty of steamy, spicy scenes, this book is not your classic dark romance novel. Also, while we all love Kaelin and Grahamāand they are definitely important to Kravenāin the grand scale of Kravenās life, he has not known them for very long. Please keep this in mind. Overall, I recommend going into this story with an open mind because Kraven is not always who he seems to be. If you are searching for answers after reading Red Rabbit, and went feral for Kraven---this book is probably for you.
