Synopsis

Living in or near a small town can prove challenging when self-appointed keepers of ethics and/or morals have few virtues themselves. Rockwood, Oregon, population approximately 14,000, is no exception. Rumors abound to include outright blackmail, destruction of reputations, affairs, attempted murder and murder when any one or more of those items meet the needs of those involved in spreading dishonest tales.
