Gina gives up her hospital job and joins Dr Wain's group practice, because she is determined to find out the truth about her brother Jon's suicide and discover the identity of his wife's lover. Meeting her sister-in-law Lois again increases her desire for revenge, but this is complicated by Lois's love for Nicholas Wain. Was Nicholas the man who drove Jon to suicide? Was he - is he still - Lois's lover? And can Gina herself resist his magnetic attraction?
