Synopsis

The Grinch isn’t in Whoville anymore. Starting over in a small town isn’t always easy, however for Holly Christmas, Anastasia is perfect. Everyone is welcoming… Except for her grumpy, handsome neighbor. Maybe Clint Wood just needs a dose of holiday cheer. But he likes his quiet, Christmas-free life just fine until Holly moves next door. Every spare string of lights in the county found its way to her house. It’s unimaginable, but she’s even more of a Christmas fanatic than her aunt. Now, she’s roped him into helping with the town’s winter festival. Will one of Miss Sadie’s pies help fill their stomachs—and their hearts—with the Christmas spirit? Or is Clint impervious to Holly’s charms and Miss Sadie’s pies?
