Synopsis

Being a missionary in China has been Philippa Carol's dream since high school. But being an elementary teacher, she isn't able to afford the trip, especially if she can't find a high paying summer job. That is, until she hears about the Johnson Family. Annie and Charlie are lost and confused. Their parents are divorcing. Their home and world are splitting into two. What good can some teacher turned babysitter do? Henry has never believed divorce was the answer, but with his sister miserable and her kids despondent, he can't fathom any other options. A broken family, a teacher set on leaving, and a story about God's sovereign plan leading them all.
