North and South. Enemies and Lovers. When a steamboat explosion gave a Southern cavalryman the opportunity to fake his own death, he followed his idealism and began fighting for the Yankees. However... he found himself on southern soil fighting against his own people. When he was shot by a man defending his home, the man's granddaughter - the southern belle of his dreams, saved his life.
