Synopsis

Megan is determined to stop Ansel, no matter the cost, even if it means giving up her life. CJ is determined to find another way. Even with all the new power her family has amassed, it's not enough to stop the evil Ansel is collecting. All their hope now rests on the breadcrumbs leftover from myths and legends of Helena. After a bloody massacre and cryptic message from the Cinder Queen, they head back to Nalrin to find Ansel wasted no time in attacking the capital.
