Jade Silvia was not looking forward to spending her entire summer at her grandmother's house. She lived where it was always warm and the sun never failed to shine; San Diego, California. Jade despises the heat and it would have been bearable if her annoying little siblings hadn't had to come with her. Jade had heard about the family next door. The one her grandmother was close friends with. What Jade did not know was that her neighbor's son might be the hottest guy in the Golden State.
