A forsaken mate. A dangerous scent. Can a heartbroken werewolf save one small human before her life is cut short? Werewolf Rowan didn’t think his life could get any worse. His promised mate abandoned him three years ago. But as bad as that was, now even his memories of her are fading, and he knows only agony. Yuti is just a human art student living a normal life. Werewolves, vampires, fae? She doesn’t believe in any of it. She’s blissfully ignorant of all the things that stalk her. Rowan has never gotten along with Yuti, but when she comes into the café smelling like vampire, he needs to get close to her fast to find out what’s going on. Yuti has no idea why the local café’s barista is suddenly interested in all aspects of her life, but he’s getting a little too pushy for her liking.
