Synopsis

Newly single, Theresa Alberts has two loves in her life—her seven year old son, and her job as data engineer. After a difficult divorce, she’s shied away from men until she interviews a sexy new applicant for the start-up she works for. Conall O’Donnell wants to escape a failed marriage and get settled in a new job and a new place to live. He answers an advertisement on the company board for an basement apartment and is thrilled to discover that his new landlord is Theresa, the intriguing woman who interviewed him. He might be living right next to her, but she is adept at keeping him at arm’s length. Between work, getting her son assistance for his reading disability, and home improvements, Theresa doesn’t have time for a man, no matter how appealing he is.
