Synopsis

**Disclaimer: The following text contains extreme, graphic depictions of violence, sexual abuse, psychological torment and body horror that may be triggering and thus is intended for mature audiences only. Reader descretion is advised.** --- In “Lasting Words of Lust”, Maxime, a despondent Parisian office worker, pens a final letter to his superior, Madame de Moranville. The letter recounts their sadomasochistic encounters, which escalate from foot worship and urine consumption to self-mutilation and coprophagia. Madame, a ruthless dominatrix, manipulates Maxime into degrading acts under threat of job loss, exploiting his obsession. Maxime’s narrative oscillates between ecstasy and self-loathing, culminating in his decision to commit suicide after composing this 269th discarded letter. The story juxtaposes grotesque physicality with ornate prose, exploring themes of power, transgression, and existential despair in a world devoid of meaning. --- **“Lasting Words of Lust” © 2019 by Melchior Weiss is licensed under [CC BY-NC 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/).**
