Synopsis

Ilesa Harle and her father, the vicar of Littlestone, are increasingly finding it difficult to make ends meet. Meanwhile Ilesa's sister Doreen has become wealthy when the elderly peer she married dies, and it becomes obvious that she has now set her sights on the handsome Duke of Mountheron.
