It was curiosity about her long-lost distant cousins that had led Jessica to get a job at Morley, their imposing mansion in Yorkshire. Leo, the younger one, was charming and friendly — but, ironically, it was with the master of Morley himself, Craig Stafford, that she fell in love, and when he asked her to marry him she promptly accepted.
