Seeing the beautiful woman on the bridge sent a shock straight through Andy's heart. Finding out she was the girl he'd tormented in high school sent a shock straight through his gut. Looks like he has his work cut out for him to convince her that he's changed in the past twelve years. Andy works for the Virginia Marine Police and rescues a beautiful woman from the cold waters of the Chesapeake Bay. But when he discovers that she is the girl he used to tease in high school, he vows to show her the man he's become. Ivy can't believe that just as she returns to Baytown to work, the one boy she considered to be a jerk turns out to be the handsome man who saved her from drowning. Determined to show gratitude without giving an inch, it doesn't take long for her to find out the man is no longer the same boy she remembered.
