Synopsis
Violence has been increasing on Chicago streets due to corruption. Vigilante street gang, E-6 Thunder, is working to make the city safer but gang member, Tommy Cade, faces many of his own personal demons. However, when fate intervenes and he is reunited with Felice, his childhood friend, it puts him on a path to redemption. Together with a counselor that comes into their lives they discover that Tommy has a brilliant mind with the ability to change the world with the power of pen and paper. Is it enough to keep him from the lure of the city streets?
