Once Upon a Time... There was a handsome hero who would do anything to protect a beautiful, reclusive maiden.... Burned-out cop Joe Scarlatti had a gut feeling that Rowena Willow was in grave danger. She'd testified against a slick con artist and now he was out of jail... and out to get her. Joe knew the lovely long-haired lady guarded her privacy closely. But, whether she wanted him to or not, he'd watch over her, day and night. The more Joe watched her, the more obsessed he became.
