Synopsis

Nurse Sarah Douglas had already turned down two marriage proposals. And she had no strong feelings for the young doctor she was presently dating. Sadly she wondered if she'd ever love anyone. Then an old family friend urged Sarah to join him as nurse and archeology assistant on a dig in Peru, and everything changed. Taking an archeology course with Adam Saunders, an extremely competent—and arrogant—instructor, Sarah found herself strangely attracted to him. Then she met Duncan Hayes, who would be part of the archeology team, and she was charmed by his way with women. She should have been delighted to have such fascinating new men in her life. So why was Sarah twice as miserable as before?
