Synopsis

Nurse Stacy Clayborne loved the challenge of working for a small-town Michigan doctor, coping with every kind of medical trouble imaginable. But she could not cope with her own troubled heart when impulsive Spencer Davidson—who'd jilted her and run off to Europe three years ago—suddenly returned to town with talk of wedding bells.
