WHAT THE NANNY LEARNED Heather Carmichael was thrilled at the prospect of a position as nanny to Boston's famous Sheffield family. Taking charge of the tiny heiress in their magnificent Beacon Hill home would be quite a challenge--as would the intimidating Sheffields themselves. Especially Max, whose gentle kiss told her he considered her much more than his niece's nanny.
