I chose Ambrose. I made a blood deal with him to ensure that Nyx survived. It was the only way to save him. Ambrose is my mate, but I don’t love him. Nyx is the love of my life, but I can’t choose him. I severed my bond with Nyx. He’s no longer mine. He can never be mine. But he is mine to protect.
