This novel tells a story of a young man who loves his people and his country. For that he risks everything, body and soul. He always tries to uphold justice and straightens history. As a human being, naturally he also needs love and affection. Love from both of his parents, relatives, companion, and beloved ones. However throughout his life, love and affection comes and goes only for a moment. But did he despair...? Nay...! Because this young man has a strong determination and trust in his abilities. There's a descendant of the Dutch who sympathises with his struggle and who pumps his heroic spirit. His biological mother also helps strengthen his heart with faith of his religion, so that he can be patient. How long can his patience last? The author will try to discover such events that this young man experiences, as well as historical background that characterises the course of the story. All is written in this romantic novel titled 'Pejuang Sejati' (True Warrior).
