Josh O'Donnell may be able to charm the socks off everyone else in Providence, but Poppy Sullivan knows a snake-oil salesman when she sees one. The handsome, golden-eyed stranger fooled her once and she's not about to let it happen again. Her concern for the well-being of the land must trump her growing attraction to Josh.
