Life as I knew it ended the day he died. Learning to love again nearly killed me, too. In a single moment, Jude Jennings' world was torn apart. Her husband of ten years suddenly dies, leaving her with two young kids and the broken pieces of her former life. Now she's left to run the family business that she has no clue how to manage on her own. Enter Jay Whitley¿ her husband's estranged half brother. Gone for the last ten years, she never expected to see him again, but funerals have a way of bringing people together. Jay has problems of his own, and with his brother gone, wants to find his way back to the family he left behind all those years ago. Little by little Jude and Jay form a friendship through their grief, the local tavern, their pull toward music, and eventually toward each other. Between feelings starting to blossom, and grief trying to pull them apart, can Jude and Jay find a way to write a love song of their own?
