Synopsis

On a day that should be cause for celebration, Haley Richardson’s life gets blown up—literally. It’s not the loss of her things that worries her. Her ward, Zac, is missing. Haley and her fiancé, Sheriff Dane Campbell, learn the hard way Gus Spencer has returned to the area to seek revenge on Dane for destroying his drug empire. Renowned in search and rescue, Haley sets out to find Zac, who is Gus’s nephew. Even with her special gift, she can’t do it alone—and three noses are better than one. Counting on Jax and Reilly, her personal German shepherds, to sniff out trouble, Haley begins an adventure that takes her across plains and mountains. At each step, Gus threatens her happiness and her life. What will Haley need to vanquish the scent of evil, defeat Gus, and rescue Zac?
