Synopsis
Haley Richardson, a highly respected search and rescue volunteer, learns the hard way that no good deed goes unpunished. Haley has a unique gift. A childhood accident gave her a dog’s superior sense of smell. While in Munich at a competition with her ward and his dog, she stumbles onto a terrorist cell and assists the German counterterrorism division. Later, Haley’s world turns inside out when she detects the scent of one of the terrorists at home in Missouri. Attacks on her family and ominous threats to the community force Haley and her husband, Sheriff Dane Campbell, to grapple with tough choices as they work to protect those they love.
