Synopsis

Helen has three months before medical school and she has it all planned out. She’s going to volunteer in a clinic in Nepal, but first she needs a vacation, and what better than a month of scuba diving on an island in Thailand? When a typhoon hits, her world is turned upside down. She finds herself trapped on the island, suspected in the assault on a local girl and caught up in a smuggling ring. Worst of all, her traveling companions aren’t turning out to be the role models she thought they were, in fact they might just be planning to kill her. With the help of a handsome, but enigmatic man she’ll need to figure out how to survive. To do that, she’ll have to stop doing the ‘right’ thing and go all-in for herself.
