Synopsis

Nurse Iva Loring had an inner drive that had taken her through training at top speed - and into a nervous breakdown. Now she was being eased back into work as a stand-by nurse, and was on the suicide detail. However, there was some question as to whether or not she was too understanding, too involved, to be effective, and whether it would not be better if she gave up her career and married the pharmacist in the hospital dispensary.
