A marathon brings doctors Anna Curtis and Riordan 'Mac' McKenna together. Anna has moved into the area with her late sister's little boy, Cameron, and Mac offers her a job at his surgery. They become close and Anna falls pregnant. However, when Mac's ex-wife informs her that he doesn't want children, she decides she must move away. Can Mac finally convince her that he loves her, Cameron and the baby?
