Synopsis

Relationships are a kind of politics. The Japanese statesman attempts to rule by consensus in accord with the Confucian ideal of harmony. Ron is an artist, an occasional English teacher, and a male courtesan in a Japanese host club.His factions are his wife-of-convenience, Aoi, the daughter of host club owners, and Sachiko, friend, model and occasional lover. When Aoi transgresses the terms of their informal consensus can these three do their duty?
