Threatened with downsizing, senior executives of a corporation form a club to fight an axe-wielding CEO. Vice-president Jack Fallone, a Vietnam War vet who is their leader, scores something of a victory when he gets lawyer Samantha Moore to fall in love with him. She was hired by the CEO to organize the downsizing.
