Synopsis

When Hilary Gale returned home as her father's personal assistant, she was not prepared for the lively involvements ahead, first with a loveable sick dolphin, then with the rescue of stranded baby seals. More disturbing were the changes inside her family, largely due to the appointment of Andrew Killeen, the forceful ornithologist. Then Hetty Tyzack, Hilary's one-time nanny, foretells the girl's involvement with a great tragedy from the past.
