Synopsis

Rosamund had never been more than a talented but half-hearted athlete; it was her boy-friend Tony who was thought to be heading for success. But everything changed when Rosamund met Tony's trainer. Adrian Belmont. For it was in Rosamund that Adrian saw the future Olympic runner. Rosamund whom he took under his wing and whose life he took over.
