Synopsis

Although they are cousins, Sophie and Lydia Westlake have always been like sisters. Sophie is the prettier, light-hearted one whilst Lydia is more serious and reserved, but their differences have never mattered until dashing young architect Christian Mellor arrives in town and becomes a regular visitor to the family home. Lydia's friendship with Christian deepens into love but it is Sophie, blissfully unaware of Lydia's passion, who marries him.
