Synopsis

Although she was only twenty-four Sanchia Bryan was content to live alone in a cottage near the exclusive boarding school, where she was secretary to the Headmistress. Sanchia's youthful marriage had ended in tragedy. She did not want to risk being hurt again. But, late on a winter night, a stranger from a far country rapped on her door, and forced his way into her life.
