The dark sorcerer, Morzaun, has reclaimed his power and all of Virgamor is at risk. Zynnera is haunted by a vision foretelling Anaros’s death, and harnessing her ability as a Protesta, Seer, and Elementalist may not be enough to save him. Desperate to change the future, she ends her engagement to deter Morzaun from using Anaros as a pawn in his game. Determined to bring Morzaun's threat against Virgamor to an end, Zynnera resolves to search for the only weapon capable of standing against him—the Virgám, the source of all human magic. But the sorcerer has plans of his own, and soon, Zynnera’s vision approaches reality. When Anaros is taken captive, Zynnera must choose between saving his life or handing Morzaun the weapon of ultimate power. The final battle against the darkness begins.
