Davage Jensen, the chief engineer of Union Pacific Railroad, should have sent her packing. But when the headstrong beauty, Key Calhoun, informs him that she is the "snow expert" headquarters has dispatched to solve the crew's current troubles, Davage has no choice but to hire her. Kay is feisty and demanding-and owner of enough railroad stock to back up her ambitions. Key's need to prove herself vanishes beneath Davage's tenderness and respect.
