The beautiful Lady Valeria Netherton's impetuous half-brother persuades her to impersonate a woman of dubious repute in Biarritz, so that he can enjoy seeing the cancan. In doing so, Valeria becomes involved in a dangerous escapade in which she loses her heart to the fascinating Comte de Savin.
