Jessie Woods is determined to have a full life again, even if it means a do-it-yourself project as big as a house. Just three years ago, after twenty-seven years of marriage, Jessie lost her husband to cancer. Jessie isn't about to lose herself to her grief any longer. Her solution? To restore her new property, a big old house in Carlisle, New York, a house that begs for healing as much as her heart. Little by little, as Jessie reveals the mysteries of the house and its former owners, she begins to discover what she's missing.
