Synopsis

Discover when Gott's plan was waiting on the other side of forgiveness. When a beloved Amish elder suffers a devastating medical crisis, the quiet community of Snow Creek rallies around him. As he prepares to return home from the hospital, Bishop Byler asks for volunteers to help as a caregiver and someone to manage the farm during his recovery. Leah Mast eagerly steps forward and volunteers to be his caregiver, seeing this as an opportunity to return a favor from the past. Paul Knepp offers to manage the farm, grateful to the elder who became a father figure in his life. There is just one complication—Leah and Paul have spent years avoiding each other because of a painful misunderstanding neither has forgotten. Forced to work together through the cold winter months, they gradually begin to see each other in a new light. As the elder’s health improves, old wounds begin to heal in his caregivers’ hearts. While an unexpected attraction blossoms where neither of them ever dreamed of. But when the elder no longer needs their help, will they return to their separate lives? Or will the love they discovered during a season of hardship prove strong enough to last? Enjoy another heartwarming Amish romance that is clean and wholesome for everyone to read. This is another great story filled with faith, forgiveness, community, and second chances.
