Synopsis

Four years have passed since Cat and Luke's last pivotal meeting and the young lovers have gone their separate ways. With Luke now living and working in New York City, and Cat engaged to picture-perfect David, it would appear they have moved far beyond their high-school love affair. But it is only a matter of time before fate brings them together. Will they resist? Sometimes the right decision is to simply move on. While Cat wrestles with unearthed emotions, the wedding plans are underway and her parent's expectations are higher than ever. In the end, Cat will have to choose who to love.
